Account Information
Your account information includes your email address and any display name or bio you choose to add. Your email is used for authentication and notifications and is never shown to other users.
Usage Data
We track which movies and episodes you watch, which trailers you view, and your interactions with community content. This data powers your statistics, badges, recommendations, and activity feed.
Social Interactions
Your likes, comments, replies, follows, and community posts are stored to enable social features. You can delete your own comments and posts at any time.
Local Storage & Cookies
We use browser local storage to remember your reel sound preference and improve your experience. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Analytics
We use analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve features. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
Notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications for new releases, comments, likes, and follows. You can control notification categories in Settings and disable them at any time through your device settings.
Third-Party Services
ReelTrack uses TMDB (The Movie Database) for movie and TV metadata, YouTube for trailer playback, and Resend for email delivery. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with these services beyond what is necessary to display content.
Advertising
If advertising (such as Google AdSense) is enabled, ads may use cookies to personalize content. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your browser or device settings.
Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. Watch history and social data are stored to provide your statistics and recommendations.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion by contacting support. Upon deletion, your personal information, watch history, comments, and social data will be permanently removed.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can edit your profile in Settings, delete your posts and comments, and request full data deletion.
