User Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ReelTrack to post abusive, defamatory, hateful, or illegal content. You agree not to harass other users, spam, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Community Content
You retain ownership of content you post (comments, community posts, replies). By posting, you grant ReelTrack a license to display that content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate copyright or applicable laws.
Copyright
ReelTrack respects intellectual property rights. Movie and TV metadata is provided by TMDB under their terms. Trailers are embedded from YouTube under their terms. Do not upload copyrighted content you do not have rights to.
Moderation
ReelTrack reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms, suspend or ban accounts that abuse the service, and review reported content. Users can report posts, comments, and other users.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. ReelTrack may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Third-Party Services
ReelTrack integrates with TMDB, YouTube, and email delivery services. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services. Their terms apply to your use of those services.
Disclaimer
ReelTrack is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Movie and TV information may be inaccurate or outdated.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Service
We may update or modify the service and these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
